Post 7: Changes to my study programme.

The first change that I would make to the program is a detail that I always thought about, because the name caused me conflict. I feel that if it was called audiovisual communication that would imply opening the field much more, letting in other aspects of the area such as advertising, videos musicals and video art. I know it would be much more complicated with the curriculum and the academic load but I feel that it is necessary to see beyond cinema and TV. Regarding the curriculum, I would not remove any class, I would only change the order. For example, I would advance the production lines to second year in the first and second semester, I would delay the FB to second year and move the Creative Writing class to the first semester of the career and leave Script I in the second semester, but making it necessary for English I and II are taken in that year and at least one CFG. It would also move Theories of Cinema for the first year.

I feel that the length of the career is good, maybe the fifth year lacks not only focus on the title project, but also have some more elective.

Regarding the infrastructure, a second television studio equipped with a foley room is required. Also, thinking about the contingency, we need an outdoor space in which our works can be screened, like a autocinema without cars. This to be able to make the viewings of our final projects that were used to be done in the auditorium.
